Privacy Policy

We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect:

• Booking information. When you request a consultation, you give us your name, email address, and preferred date through our booking form. We store these submissions securely in our database so we can follow up, and when you pick a meeting time our scheduling provider (Calendly) processes that booking.
• Messages you send. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to operate and secure the Site.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregate, non-identifying information about how visitors use the Site — such as pages viewed and general location — so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use the information above to:

• schedule, confirm, and prepare for consultations;
• respond to your inquiries and provide our services;
• operate, maintain, and secure the Site.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Site and our business. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — secure database and backend that stores your booking submissions.
• Calendly — scheduling and consultation bookings.
• Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC) — protects the booking form from spam and abuse; it may collect device and usage signals.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — anonymous, aggregate measurement of how the Site is used.
• rsms.me — serves the Inter typeface used on the Site.

When you open our booking scheduler, Calendly may set cookies that are necessary for scheduling to function.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site; it sets first-party analytics cookies (such as _ga). We honor the browser's "Do Not Track" setting — when it is enabled, analytics does not load. Google reCAPTCHA and the embedded Calendly scheduler may also set cookies that are necessary for the booking form and scheduling to work. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We keep booking and correspondence information only as long as needed to provide our services and for reasonable business and legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email ian@bottomlinestudio.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
